I studied graphic design at Olivet Nazarene University, earning my degree in 2015. As a student, I worked for the University’s Department of Marketing Communications as both a photographer and designer, and for the Office of Student Development as a photographer for Life at Olivet, the social media presence of the Associated Student Council of the university.

After graduating, I started working as a production artist at The Mx Group, currently the 4th-ranked business-to-business agency in the United States. During my time at Mx, I’ve learned a ton about how to design for a multitude of different audiences and how to thrive in a fast-paced, high-tension environment.

I’ve also been deeply involved in a multitude of projects, from digital landing pages to flyers to large format trade show graphics, and collaborating with art directors, copywriters, and agency presidents. That experience, coupled with a significant involvement in the printing and production process, has given me a great deal of flexibility in my comfort zone.

I’ve learned a lot in my time at The Mx Group, but one of the most important skills I’ve honed is the ability to keep my cool under the most pressing timelines, working on the biggest projects, and under the highest pressures. With that skill, a creative mindset, and technical expertise, I’m prepared for whatever’s coming next.
